Beyond the Runway: Trendsetters Only at Australian Fashion Week 2025

This May, Sydney is once again stepping into the global fashion spotlight and TrendsettersOnly will be right there to cover every moment. We are excited to announce that we have been officially selected as an accredited media delegate for AFC Australian Fashion Week 2025, presented by Shark Beauty.
Held at the iconic Carriageworks in Eveleigh from May 12–16, the event promises a bold new chapter for Australian fashion. The Australian Fashion Council has welcomed Trendsetters to its roster of trusted media voices. This means exclusive access, from the show stopping runway moments to behind-the-scenes insights that are rarely highlighted. Our Australian Creative Director and Stylist Editor, Valeria Busch will be in attendance, bringing readers an insider’s perspective on everything from trendsetting collections to candid offstage moments.
Showing this season are Carla Zampatti, followed by the official opening party on May 12. On May 13, the schedule features Welcome to Country, The Frontier, Lee Mathews, SIR., Joseph & James, Nagnata, Diary of a Naughtie Kid, Beare Park, and Farage.
May 14 includes shows from AJE, Alix Higgins, Ngali, The Atelier powered by Splash, Bianca Spender, Karla Špetić, and Macgraw, alongside the eBay x Vogue Dinner and an AFC Talks session.
May 15 highlights Hansen & Gretel, The Atelier powered by Splash, Iordanes Spyridon Gogos, Gary Bigeni, Mariam Seddiq, Nicol & Ford, and another AFC Talks discussion.
The Fashion week wraps on May 16 with New Generation, Liandra, Romance Was Born, and the final AFC Talks event.
Australian Fashion Week is a prestigious event that showcases the best of Australian design, highlights new talent, and sets the direction for the country’s fashion industry.
